The full Irish -2 Bacon, 2 pork sausages (both sourced locally) , mushrooms, black & white puddings from Colleran Butchers in Galway, our own free range eggs & tomato.
Poached Eggs on toast with bacon and tomato.
Scrambled eggs with melted cheddar and bacon.
Irish Organic Smoked Salmon & scrambled eggs with fresh herbs.
Glendine's Vegetarian Omelette (tomato, mushroom, onion, red pepper, herbs and smothered over with cheddar cheese).
Smoked Salmon Omelette
