Glendine Country House was originally built in 1830 but completely refurbished in 2005. Although retaining many of its original features all rooms are fresh and charming using soft historic farrow and ball colours and are impeccably clean with crisp white cotton sheets on Victorian style beds. Each room is uniquely named after a castle in the area. The original large ensuite bedrooms have pitch pine floors, wooden shutters and overlook the estuary. The new bedrooms that have been added are absolutely beautiful, large and are furnished with antiques and as you would expect, have baths and power showers, T.V., Radio, Hair dryers, direct dial phone and all other mod cons. They too overlook the Bay. Glendine operates a no smoking policy for the entire house.
